A worldwide Process Digitization companion currently used in more than 70 countries
Preliminary activities started in 1964 with the implementation of linear and nonlinear system solvers, optimization and linear programming using procedural programming philosophy. The philosophy has radically changed in 1989, when the library development was started in object-oriented programming with Turbo C++, allowing a significant improvement of numerical methods and easiness of implementation.
The library covers many fields of numerical analysis for Windows and Linux users, includes parallel computations automatically enabled when possible, and self-selects the best algorithms during computations. It is used in all continents and is the kernel of many industrial solutions for process modeling, simulation, control, and optimization.
